Regular business meetings of the Squad shall be held on the second and fourth Monday nights of each month
at 7:00 PM. Unless otherwise designated by the Captain or officer presiding, or by a vote of the Squad, such
meetings shall be held at the Squad station.

A regular meeting shall be opened with prayer. The prayer shall be followed by a business meeting. The
Captain or officer presiding at the meeting may, at his discretion, allot additional time for training, equipment
maintenance or other Squad functions during or after the business meeting.

Special or emergency meetings of the Squad may be called at any time by order of the Captain or senior
officer available. Notice of such meetings shall be given by a broadcast on the Squad radio frequency not less
than two (2) hours prior to the meeting time.

Training sessions scheduled at times and locations other than those designated in section A as regular
business meetings shall not be considered to be regular meetings of the Squad. The Squad may, by policy or
procedure, require attendance at such training sessions.
